No routine appointments are being made
If you feel your pet needs to see a vet, please tel: 01954 210250, your details will be taken and a vet will call you back to discuss. You will probably be charged for a telephone consultation and the vet will advise you of this.
If the vet decides you need to bring your pet into us, on arrival tap on the window. The vet will only be able to bring your pet into the building, sadly you must wait outside. The vet will discuss all treatment with you.
Dispensing and collecting medicines.
We ask that at the time of placing an order by telephone or email, once we have dispensed it - that payment is made.
When you come to collect the medicines, please tap on the window and we will come out to you.
We can post medines to you for a charge. Let us know if this is what you wish.

with another vet, you should contact them for assistance, except in
very urgent cases of a life threatening episode or accident
We are happy to register new clients but cannot offer second opinions at this time.

The practice has grown over the years and now comprises 7 Vets, 5 Nurses and 4 Support staff.
Our main surgery is located in Hardwick, just 7 miles west of Cambridge. We are open 7 days a week with Emergency On Call services provided by Vet 24 in Milton and Whittlesford, for when we are closed.
We also have a surgery in Papworth Everard which is open 6 days a week for routine consultations and is fully disabled friendly.
